#Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Budget, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
#User Accounts
Your account is automatically created when you start Budget in Telegram or WhatsApp. Your account is identified by your messenger user ID and optionally linked to your phone number for cross-platform sync. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
#Acceptable Use
You agree to use Budget only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or interferes with the operation of our services or the experience of other users.
#Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of Budget, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Budget and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
#Limitation of Liability
Budget is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. In no event shall Budget be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
#Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account and all data at any time by sending /delete to Budget.
#Subscription Plans
Budget offers a permanent Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Monthly usage limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Payments are processed securely by Creem. Your subscription applies across every messenger (Telegram, WhatsApp) linked to the same phone number. Budget Pro is a subscription that renews automatically every month or year until you cancel it.
Free Plan
- Text expense entry - unlimited
- Voice input - 30 messages per month
- Receipt photo scanning - 10 per month
- Advice from Budget - 3 per month
- Spending analytics and CSV export
Pro Plan
- Everything in Free, plus:
- Voice input - 1,000 messages per month
- Receipt photo scanning - 150 per month
- Advice from Budget - 60 per month
- Advanced analytics and automatic categorization
#Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website and sending a notification through Budget. Your continued use of Budget after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
#Refunds and Cancellation
Budget Pro renews automatically at the end of each paid period. You can cancel at any time in the bot (send /pro and press "Cancel subscription") or on https://budget.digital/subscribe/; Pro then stays active until the end of the paid period, after which the account returns to the Free plan with no further charges. If Pro did not suit you, email hello@budget.digital within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund the full amount; refunds are issued by Creem to the original payment method. Renewal payments are not refunded once the new period has started, so cancel before the renewal date.
