Your account is automatically created when you start the bot in Telegram or WhatsApp. Your account is identified by your messenger user ID and optionally linked to your phone number for cross-platform sync. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use Budget only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use our services to engage in any activity that is illegal, harmful, or interferes with the operation of our services or the experience of other users.
All content, features, and functionality of Budget, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Budget and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Budget is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. In no event shall Budget be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may delete your account and all data at any time by sending /delete to the bot.
Budget offers two subscription tiers. Usage limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Payment is processed via Stripe. Subscription works across all platforms (Telegram, WhatsApp) linked to the same phone number.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website and sending a notification through the bot. Your continued use of Budget after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
