  1. Account Information: First name, phone number, and messenger username — linked when you start the bot
  2. Financial Information: Transaction data, expense categories, and budget information you choose to track
  3. Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
  4. Communication Data: Messages you send to the bot, including text and voice messages for expense tracking
  5. Voice Data: Voice messages sent via Telegram/WhatsApp are transcribed using Groq Whisper API and immediately discarded after processing. We do not store audio files.

Information Collected Automatically

When you access or use our Services, we automatically collect:

  1. Platform Information: Messenger platform (Telegram or WhatsApp), user ID, and username
  2. Website Log Information: Access times, pages viewed, and IP address when visiting our website
  3. Usage Information: Features you use, actions you take, and how you interact with our Services
  4. Location Information: General location based on IP address (we do not collect precise GPS location)

Correction

You can update your language, currency, and other preferences at any time using bot commands (/lang, /currency).

Deletion

You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time by sending /delete to the bot. Deletion is immediate and irreversible. Expense data is also automatically deleted after 3 months.

Opt-Out

You can stop using the bot at any time by simply not sending messages. To remove all data, use the /delete command.

Data Processing Restriction

You may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and track information about your use of our Services. You can control cookies through your browser settings and other tools.
