Budget is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of our services. In no event shall Budget be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
Budget offers two subscription tiers. Usage limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. All features are available on both plans unless otherwise noted.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new terms on our website and sending a notification through the app. Your continued use of Budget after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
